Thank you for visiting the Faculty and Staff Online Travel Registration Form.  This is implemented for your safety and security while you are traveling abroad.  It also assists the University in reaching out to you with appropriate resources in case of an emergency while abroad.  
When you click the "Register Now" button, you will be taken to a screen where you will need to select the year within which your travel falls, your travel location(s), and you will be asked to enter your travel dates.  Once you have entered in your travel information, you will be asked to complete a short travel questionnaire and will also be provided with some additional information concerning SOS Evacuation Insurance and Travel Health Insurance.
